What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, email, the building or restaurant you manage, and what you tell us. When you text or call, we see your number and what you send, including photos. Our host may record standard technical details such as your browser and the pages you open.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, plan and carry out a visit and keep the record of work done at your address. We don't sell it.

Text messages

Messages go through your phone carrier, and message and data rates may apply. We text about your visit and send no marketing unless you ask. Reply STOP to end texts from us.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@estuarypest.com. We keep job records as long as the law or our insurer requires.
