How pricing works

What decides the price, and when you get it

We don’t print a price list, because two buildings of the same size can need different monitors. We give the number in writing after the walk-through.

  • What decides the price

The number of units or rooms, how many monitors the building needs, how often we read them and the pest.

  • What the quote includes

The walk-through, the monitors and their placement, the readings, the monthly page and the callback terms below.

  • What it doesn’t include

Repairs to the building, such as a leak, a door or a vent. We name them; the owner decides.

  • What happens at the first visit

A walk-through of an hour or two with you or the manager. We say before we start whether it has a fee and if that is credited to a plan.

  • Early and after-hours visits

Restaurant visits before opening are by arrangement. We say in the quote whether early visits cost more.

  • When you get the number

In writing after the walk-through, before any work begins.

Our guarantee

A callback, with terms

If the same pest shows up on the same monitors within 30 days of a treatment, we return at no charge.

  • What it covers

The treated area and the pest we treated.

  • What it doesn’t

A new pest, a different area, or a building problem we reported that hasn’t been fixed, such as a leak or an open gap.

  • Results vary

We can’t promise a pest-free building, and we say so before we start.

The service agreement states the terms; ask us for it before you decide.

Questions

Cost questions

How much does monitoring cost?

It depends on how many units or rooms, how many monitors the building needs and how often we read them. We give you the number in writing after the walk-through. The cost page lists what moves it.

What do the monitors actually do?

They catch, count or log. Sticky cards hold crawling insects, stations show whether rodents visited and loggers record damp and warmth. They don't send anyone an alert in the night: we read them on our visits and put the counts in your report.

What about kids and pets?

Licensed applicators follow the product label, and we place monitors and stations where children and pets can't reach them or in locked housings. We tell you where and when to keep pets away, and the service report lists every product used. Ask for it any time.
